October 2008:
*CD Release Party November 3rd at the Paramount Arts Center in  Ashland, KY.  Music begins at 7:30pm.  Artists include Rob McNurlin (with Kaytonn Roberts), Luna, Paul Calicott and Sasha Colette.  Ticket price is $10.00 -Your choice of a Free CD from the artist of your choice with each ticket sale.

*The new Luna CD "Blaine Girl" has been featured on Americana Crossroads Live and will be played on the Homegrown Hours on WTCR Sunday, August 3rd at 5:00pm (EST).

July 2008:

June 2008:
*Luna recently taped a live preformance featuring songs from her latest CD for the Beatnik Ranch Party.  Rob McNurlin is the host along with the ever popular Beatnik Cowboys (Dave Prince and Jeff Ware).   It is said that it will be aired on My Z TV sometime in the near future.

April 2008:
*Luna has finished her new CD titled "Blaine Girl" that is expected to be released in July. 

February 2008:
*Word on the street says Luna will be recording a new CD this year.  If you hear her live, you can catch a couple of her songs during her set.  Hopefully, we'll have news of a CD release party this year!

September 2007:
*Luna performs at Hollerpalooza .  Check out thier page !

*So far two venues are confirmed for the Rob McNurlin/Luna tour in October.  Bamboo Room and Skipper's Smokehouse.  See "Tour" for updates.

*Luna is very excited about the upcoming "Something  in the Water" performances with Mickey Fisher, Rob McNurlin, Ritchie Collins , Wiley Dew, and others.  Check tour dates for a theater performance near you.

February 2007:
*WDVX radio in Knoxville, TN has been  playing Luna's self titled CD on "The Fringe" which is on Saturday nights from 10pm - Midnight.  Check it out and request LUNA!  Listen when you are in the area or online.  www.wdvx.com

January 2007:
*Luna will be giving her vocal support to Rob McNurlin's new CD in the works.  Look for it  soon!

*The theater performance of  "Something in the Water" is  reaching many venues this year.  Greenbo Outdoor Theater in Greenup, Kentucky has confirmed July 27th and 28th for this show.  Other tentative venues are in Owensboro, Hazard, and Somerset Kentucky.  Luna is looking forward to performing  this show and meeting up with the cast who have become like family.

December 2006:
*Luna will be appearing on the Appalshop stage with Rob McNurlin on December 1st at 8 pm in Whitesburg Kentucky.   Seating is limited.  Price:  $5.50.  Luna and Rob appeared on WMMT radio doing a live interview and playing music  on November 24th to promote the upcoming show.  Thanks to Rambling Ray and Rose for making this possible. 

October 2006:
*Luna has hit the big time!  Her CD is on ebay.com:    Place "Luna Rob" in the search box. 

August, 2006:

*Great News!  "Something in the Water" will be listed in the Kentucky Arts Council's Performing Arts Directory.   This means the show will be offered across the state for performances.  Talk to your local theater about having the show near you!

*August 4th Luna will be performing during the Sundown at Moonlight Series on First Street in Morehead, KY.  This is a special show that not only includes Mother Jane but it also has Luna backed by a whole band.  YES, even a drummer!  Her songs from her selftitled CD take on new form and a "Kathleen Edwards" type quality.  DON'T MISS IT!

* Auguest 11th Luna will share her upcoming CD wilth friends at the Paramount Arts Center in Ashland, KY.  This show also features the releases of Wiley Dew and Rob McNurlin's new CDs as well.  It will be a fun packed evening with great music , friends, cake , and beverages.  Admission is $5.  COME EARLY FOR BEST SEATING!


June, 2006:
*Beginning June 13,  Luna is on the road as a featured act with Rob McNurlin and the Beatnik Cowboys called "The Far Out West Tour".  This  is a special tour that links towns from St. Louis Misourri to Los Angoles California.  Check the "Tour" page for a date near you!

*There  is a rumor that Luna has finished her CD and will be releasing it sometime in May, 2006.  CAN THIS BE TRUE????

*Luna helps out Louisiana.  Luna, along with the First Baptist Church and Lawrence County High School students, helped families in several cities who where effected by the Katrina flooding.  There is still much to do!  Information and pictures here!
